The power frequency induction preheater can ensure that the metal is not damaged in preheating and the temperature is consistent inside and outside of the metal. The machine has a single action and automatic control, which is selected by customers. Automatic control can track the speed of the extruder line to change the voltage of the preheater, and ensure the temperature consistency when it is fast and slow. The power supply adopts AC380V, which improves the power and scope of the preheating machine under the same coil, and improves the stability and long time durability of the preheater itself in the same voltage operation.
