The high frequency induction preheater is preheated before the metal is left out, which effectively relieves the layer of the metal layer and the close adhesion between the metal and the insulating layer. Induction preheat treatment ensures that the metal is not damaged in preheating and the temperature is consistent inside and outside of the metal. The machine has a single action and automatic control, which is selected by customers. Automatic control can track the speed of the extruder line to change the voltage of the preheater, and ensure the temperature consistency when it is fast and slow. The power and use range of the preheater are improved under the same coil as the power supply is AC380V.
